President Lou Dobbs?

Last week Lou Dobbs surprised us and abruptly quit CNN...This week Dobbs has indicated he will explore the possibility of making a run at the White House in 2012. His first step? Naturally its an attempt to patch up relations with the one group he frequently clashed with while hosting Lou Dobbs Tonight...Immigrants.

According to Patrick Young, program director of the Central American Refugee Center, Latinos are willing to listen, as long as it's a "rational discussion to try and get at workable solutions." Dobbs has been vehemently against undocumented immigration. Even if he is able to patch things up with Latinos Dobbs still faces an up hill battle to the White House.

In the weeks before Dobbs quit his nightly show he began to discuss, and at times support consiparacy theories about President Barack Obama's birthplace and citizenship.

I enjoyed Lou Dobbs television show, but do I see him as a viable candidate for office of President of United States of America? Not one bit...Dobbs burned way to many bridges to even get past the Iowa caucus...Either way I say good luck to Louie boy...If the man wants to run for president, then god bless em.
