LONG ISLAND SCUMBAG OF THE DAY

Story courtesy of Newsday.com...

A North Hills cardiologist was back before a Nassau judge Wednesday to once again deny a charge he had spied on female employees with a hidden camera installed in his Manhasset office bathroom.
Vincent Pacienza, 54, pleaded not guilty to one count of second-degree unlawful surveillance, the charge handed down by a Nassau County grand jury on Oct. 29.

Pacienza, of Links Drive, was arrested by Nassau police in June 2008. He was released Wednesday on $2,500 bail.
His lawyer Dennis M. Lemke of Mineola said he will file motions to dimiss the charge against Pacienza, who is due back in court Jan. 27.
"There is no evidence whatsoever against my client," Lemke said. "No statements, images, no indication it was used at all . . . There is no such proof it was ever viewed."
Lemke said his client "vehemently denies" any involvement in illegal surveillance.
But Nassau County district attorney
Kathleen Rice said Pacienza installed the camera in an air purifier at the Manhasset Cardiovascular and Wellness Center at 75 Plandome Rd.
Rice said the bathroom camera Pacienza installed had a direct feed to a video monitor under the doctor's desk.

Authorities said Pacienza also closed down the employees-only bathroom after that camera was installed, forcing everyone in the office to use the bathroom with the camera.
An employee discovered the camera after opening a bill for it sent to the office.

What scum...Like seriously how perverted do you have to be to do this? If your really the type of person who gets their jollies from hidden camera "porn," why don't you use this neat little invention called the INTERNET!!! You could find anything there, and I guarantee the bitch's are probably a lot hotter than the nurses working at your office. It boggle's the mind how dumb people can be. I mean this guy is a doctor, right? You would figure he was smart enough to realize that chances are your gonna get caught doing something like this. I expect this from the paki's at your local Dunkin Donuts, not from a doctor in Manhasset.
