Ocho Cinco has come up empty once again. He apparently sent out an invitation to fly Jets faithful, Fireman Ed out to Cincy for the Wild Card game on Sunday. He tweeted yesterday about how he was going to offer Fireman Ed, whos real last name is Anzalone, the VIP treatment. Ocho Cinco later went on to say that he talked to Ed on the phone but he unfortunately declined his offer for the trip and Ed stated he had to stay true to the Jets.
Thats what I like to hear. A true fan. That would have looked terrible for all Jets fans if their leader accepted a trip from the enemy. Sorry Chad, looks like your going to have to focus on actually catching something in this Sundays game rather than getting shut down once again. I do respect the playful fun though, it's good for the game, ratings, and the fans.
I really do feel like the Jets have a good chance to win this game. Their defense has been playing off the charts and the running game is eating up clock more than Snooki from Jersey Shore eats Pickles. Put this one in the bag and bring on the Colts or Chargers!
