OchoCinco silenced, Jets in Playoffs

All the pre-game chatter and hype that was Revis vs. OchoCinco turned out to be just that, pre-game chatter. It almost didn’t even get out of pre-game due to the fact, OchoCinco slipped in warm-ups and tweaked his knee cutting out of a route. He still started the game but was held catchless. That breaks a 120 game with a catch streak for Chad.

To add insult to injury, before the game OchoCinco stated in an interview, that if he was shut down by Revis, he would legally change his name back to Chad Johnson. Lets see if he stays true to his word, cause he got shut down in every sense of the word. Sure he didn't play the whole game but I don't want to hear his excuses.

On another positive note, Jets are in the Playoffs! It is really a miracle and it seemed like everything the Jets needed to happen to make the playoffs did. Every team they needed to lose lost and everyone they needed to win did so. Yes everyone is going to say they backed into the playoffs, and they were lucky the Colts and Bengals didn't play all their starters but the last 2 weeks they have proved themselves. Last night, their defense was legit. The Colts had 72 total yards in the game. They had 0, yes ZERO passing yards in the game. Carson Palmer played the entire first half and went 1-11 with no yards.

Yes, the Jets are going to see a different Cincy team next week, and they are going to be on the road, but I think they have a good chance to win this game. OchoCinco is a question mark as of right now, he is having an MRI later today. If they can control the ball and dominate the run game like they did last night, there’s no reason why they shouldn't win this game.
