Rex Ryan said he wanted to take a more hands on approach with Mark Sanchez's development...Apparently that includes welcoming New York Yankees Manager Joe Girardi to come in to teach Sanchez how to slide.Ryan called Yankees president Randy Levine to ask him to send someone down to help Sanchez. Ryan felt as if Sanchez didn't know how to slide, and he was taking some unnecessary physical contact, and Levine sent Girardi.
