I truly hope this game was not televised last night. Pittsburgh took on New Hampshire in a NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball game. The score at halftime... 15-7, Pitt in the driver seat clearly controlling the action. Yes, New Hampshire put up a whopping 7 points in 20 minutes! Whats even worse, this is a Pitt team thats not even 9 months removed from having a number 1 seed in the March Madness Tourney and made it all the way to the elite 8. You cant put up more than 15 points against New Hampshire?
The games 22 points in the first goes down as the lowest scoring combined first half since 1985 when the shot clock was changed to 45 seconds. Later in 1993 it was changed again to 35 seconds. Either way, Pathetic!
That's almost as bad as the current halftime score between Maine and Syracuse. Cuse is absolutely dominating the Black Bears 60-12 after the first 20 minutes.
